  • Booking through PERK by RTLM comes with more than just a great room rate. You’ll likely unlock exclusive amenities like daily breakfast (can sometimes be valued at $150 a day at some properties), room upgrades (priceless), welcome treats (Yes, please!), and hotel credits (often around $100) at select properties.

    Every reservation also gets our personal touch. We make sure the hotel knows you’re a VIP, an insider travel friend of Perk by RTLM, so you’re treated like one from the moment you arrive.

  • If the hotel you have in mind isn’t listed or showing availability, no need to stress. We have tried to reduce your search from 1000’s to under 50 per destination in order to remove the guess work and focus on hotels where we have some type of relationship. Just complete our PERK HOTEL REQUEST FORM here, and our team will personally secure and confirm your stay during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST).

  • Ourbooking platform isn’t set up for same-day reservations, but we’ll always do our best to help. If you’re planning a last-minute getaway, email us during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST) at perk@resorttolauramadrid.com and we will do everything we can to confirm your stay and perks in time.

    Our team is available Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST, and we’ll be happy to help or complete the booking for you. Simply share your travel dates, hotel, room type, and preferred rate, and we’ll confirm your stay during business hours.

  • Need to make a change? No problem. Open your confirmation PDF and click “View Trip” to access your reservation. On the right side of the page, under “Your Trip Configuration,” you’ll see options to modify, cancel, or add a hotel.

    For time-sensitive changes or asssistance outside of business hours, please contact the hotel directly.

    Please note that PERK by RTLM is NOT responsible for penalties or policies set by individual hotels.

  • PERK by RTLM is a hotel booking platform. Once your stay is confirmed, we’ll be glad to connect you directly with the hotel’s concierge team. They’ll handle spa appointments, dining reservations, airport transfers, and all those little extras that make a trip unforgettable.

    Take a moment to double-check your reservation — dates, names, and destination. It’s the easiest way to ensure your stay is exactly as you pictured it.

    ✔ Understand the Deposit & Cancellation Policy
    Every hotel sets its own terms, and some can carry full penalties. If anything looks unclear or you’d like help reading the fine print, just reach out — we’re happy to assist. Please note that PERK by RTLM is NOT responsible for penalties or policies set by individual hotels.

    ✔ Know Your Perks
    Once your booking is secured, PERK by RTLM will reconfirm exactly which perks are included in your stay — from upgrades to breakfasts and beyond.

    ✔ Know Who Does What
    Once you’ve booked, PERK by RTLM takes care of reconfirming your reservation and making sure the hotel knows you’re one of our VIPs. From there, any concierge requests — like spa bookings, dining reservations, or transfers — are best handled directly with the hotel’s team. They’re experts at perfecting the finer details once you’re on their radar.

    ✔ Passport & Entry Requirements

    For international travel, make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Check travel.state.gov for up-to-date entry and visa information for your destination. Many countries now require an e-visa for entry. description
