How to book like an insider

  1. Head over to perkbyrtlm.travelwits.com and use password PERK to access the self-booking site.

  2. In the main search box on top, type your destination or hotel name, choose your dates, and add your guests.

Use the following filters to refine your search:

  • Refundable Rates Only: stay flexible or save a bit more.

  • Available Properties Only: show what’s ready to book.

  • PERK FAVE HOTELS: our handpicked favorites. These are the stays that steal the spotlight in the world’s most jet-set destinations. You won’t find one everywhere, only where style, service, and setting align just right.

Click the SEARCH button on the right to view your list of hotels.

Tips to further your results:

After your list of hotels appears, you can use the additional set of filters below to tweak your search further:

  • Sort by BEST - this is the system’s default setting, not a PERK pick. It ranks hotels based on platform logic, not our personal favorites. (For those, look for PERK FAVE HOTELS.)

  • Hotel Name

  • Amenities

  • Hotel Chains

  • Nightly Price (NOTE: Prices will be listed from highest to lowest, you can easily swap this around on the filters)

Click “VIEW RATES” to compare rooms and rates at your selected hotel.


Each room lists bed type, rate details, and refund policy. Click “View full description” or “View price breakdown” for more info. You’ll see Virtuoso or PERK EXCLUSIVE rates - both are great, but PERK EXCLUSIVE often includes added value from brands like Four Seasons, Rosewood, and Mandarin Oriental.


Book your room

Click “Select Room”, then “Book.” Enter your guest details, loyalty numbers (optional), payment info, and any special requests. If you are having trouble completing your hotel booking and need our assistance, please complete our PERK Hotel Request Form, and our team will personally secure the booking for you during office hours.

We’ll send a confirmation and a summary of your perks. Need early check-in, a crib, or a special touch in the room? Just tell us in advance and we will let our hotel partners know.
